1. Acceptance
By accessing or using www.jtcgems.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
JTC Gems is a business-to-business marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers of coloured gemstones. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any transaction between users and do not take title to any goods.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Supplier accounts may require approval before listings are shown.
4. Subscriptions & payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional pricing applies for the stated period, after which the standard price resumes.
5. Listings & content
Suppliers are solely responsible for their listings, including the accuracy of descriptions, treatments, origin, certification, pricing and availability. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Service. Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, or counterfeit content.
6. Transactions between users
Deals, payments, shipping, customs and certification are arranged directly between buyer and supplier. JTC Gems does not guarantee any stone, transaction, party, or outcome, and is not liable for disputes between users. Verify goods and counterparties independently.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing access controls, spamming, or using the platform for fraud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and branding are owned by JTC Gems. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listings are accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JTC Gems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from transactions between users. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
11. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
